PRHC Lunch Fitness Classes From CAD$7 per visit with PRHC - 2 Workouts Per Week (16 Sessions Total) passPurchase required to enroll

Lunch classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first class is at 11:45am and that class is a low intensity Glutes & Core Class. The second class on Tuesday is a High Intensity Bootcamp. The second class on Thursday is a full body Strength Training circuit.

The lunch classes are available in 2 package options for your convenience: 1 session per week (8 sessions) or 2 sessions per week (16 sessions). These sessions can be used towards any of the lunch classes.
- Tuesday & Thursdays - 11:45-12:15pm - Glutes & Core: A 30 minute targeted class to muscles that often need activating and strengthening. Key muscle group for preventing injuries, increasing performance (especially in sports such as running), as will as aesthetics. Modifications are ALWAYS available!
- Tuesday at 12:15pm - High Intensity Bootcamp A 30 minute interval circuit that will help you build an aerobic base. Modifications ALWAYS available!
- Thursday at 12:15pm - Women's Strength Training - A full body strength training class using a variety of equipment. Modifications are ALWAYS available!

PRHC Afternoon Fitness Classes CAD$100Purchase required to enroll

PRHC Afternoon Fitnesses are Monday and Wednesday at 4:15-4:45pm
Classes are located in the hallway on the second floor by SPD by the stairwell or in the courtyard.

A 30 minute circuit that will help you build an aerobic base while participating in full body strengthening exercises. Modifications are ALWAYS available!
