PRHC Lunch Fitness Classes From CAD$7 per visit with PRHC - 2 Workouts Per Week (16 Sessions Total) passPurchase required to enroll

- Tuesday 11:45-12:15pm - Power Glutes & Core: A 30 minute targeted class to muscles that often need activating and strengthening. Key muscle group for preventing injuries, increasing performance (especially in sports such as running), as will as aesthetics. Modifications are ALWAYS available!
- Tuesday & Thursdays at 12:15pm - High Intensity Interval Training: My HIIT workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest.
Thursday @ 11:45 - Sweat Circuit - A circuit of 8 exercises that will get you moving on your lunch break to leave you feeling like you "did something".

The lunch classes are available in a package of 1 session per week ($90+HST) or 2 sessions per week ($112+HST) and can be used towards any of the lunch fitness classes. (Unfortunately not the afternoon classes!)
