PRHC Lunch Fitness Classes From CAD$4 per visit with PRHC - Unlimited Sessions passPurchase required to enroll

- Tuesday & Thursday 11:45-12:15pm - TRX SWEAT - All fitness levels welcome! A circuit of exercises incorporating the TRX suspension trainer!
- Tuesday & Thursdays at 12:15pm - High Intensity Interval Training: My HIIT workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. You will see equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes and more often than not - body weight exercises that can be equally challenging.

The lunch classes are available in a package of 1 session per week ($80+HST), 2 sessions per week ($100+HST) or ($125+HST Unlimited) and can be used towards any of the lunch fitness classes.
