PRHC Lunch Fitness Classes Plans available from CAD$100Purchase required to enroll

Monday & Wednesday @ 12:15-12:45 - Sweat Circuit - An workout that are geared towards individuals looking for a lunch time sweat! Classes will vary between circuit format, H.I.T.T and Tabata-style!

Tuesday & Thursdays @ 12:15pm-12:45pm - Strength & Sculpt -A circuit of exercises that are geared towards individuals looking to add some strength training and toning! This class will be a mixture of upper and lower body exercises. While this class is challenging in nature, it won't have that "aerobic intensity" component that my Monday and Wednesday class will have.



These classes will be located on the 3rd level by the staff entrance. Looking forward to these outdoor workouts in this area, as the previous outdoor location didn't necessarily provide any shade or shelter from the elements.
