PRHC Lunch Fitness Classes

Monday & Wednesday @ 12:15-12:45 - Strength & Sweat - A workout that are geared towards individuals looking for a lunch time sweat with some weights! This class will have an aerobic component!

Tuesday & Thursdays @ 12:15pm-12:45pm - Strength & Core -A circuit of exercises that are geared towards individuals looking to add some strength training and toning! This class will be a mixture of upper/lower body exercises with lots of core training. While this class is challenging in nature, it won't have that "aerobic intensity" component that my Monday and Wednesday class will have.



These classes will be located on the 3rd level staff entrance “patio”. This has been a great location! These outdoor workouts in this area allow for shade and shelter from the elements! .
