Functional Range Conditioning/Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control and awareness, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion.This service is dedicated to compliment your existing program that you are following at Hybrid - Fitness Health Performance. Adding Functional Range Conditioning to your program will enhance your capacity for movement and safeguard your body against degeneration, pain, and injury. Our mobility training methods, Kinstretch and Functional Range Conditioning, are rooted in the most current science and utilized by a handful of the best gyms and professional sport team trainers around the world.

Sessions are 30 minutes and you will be given exercises to do before or after your current exercise program. I recommend 1 FRC session per week until you have reached a maintenance stage.



Kickstart CAD$150Purchase required to enroll

Kickstart is designed to prepare individuals to participate in our Strength Classes. Completion of the Kickstart course is a pre-requisite for a Strength Class membership. Kickstart may be done as 4-8 private or group sessions (booked around our availability) You will need to contact me directly to book these sessions. Please email ally@allysharpe.com for availability.

Strength Class memberships are only available in a 3 month minimum commitment and are auto-billed monthly to either a Credit Card or Visa Debit card. January 2018 Rate - $140/Month+HST

Meeting you is important so we can recommend the best start-up path for you based on your goals, history, level of experience, fitness, and mobility.

Consultations typically run 30-60 minutes and please bring exercise attire with you as a part of our initial assessment might include a movement assessment. After booking in a consultation, you will be sent a link to a Google Form that I would like you to fill out prior to our appointment so I can have a better understanding of how I can help you best.

Online Programs

This is an online program: Not a class at Hybrid.

If you haven't already, sign up to get started. Registration costs only $30. Each day for 30 days, you will be sent an email from me to help you establish a routine, keep you accountable and on the right track so that you can increase your metabolism, gain energy, and lose body fat.

This program is only available for $30 to the first 30 participants.

Getting Started

Kickstart is the requirement for entering into the group Strength Classes. Kickstart is now only being offered as 4 private coaching sessions.

Specialty Classes

StrongGirls Class From CAD$70 per visit with StrongGirls Group (2-5 Participants) passPurchase required to enroll

StrongGirls is an enjoyable, fun, drop-in fitness class for girls of all fitness abilities. The organizing parent is required to purchase an applicable pass (Group 2-5 or group 6-10) at time of booking. If parents are splitting the cost of the class, please feel free to work that out amongst yourselves. The organizer of the StrongGirls class will be sent a PDF form after booking a private class. These waivers will be required to be filled out by parents/guardians prior to the class.

I recommend all participants to be around the same age/maturity level. :)

PRHC

PRHC Lunch Fitness Classes Plans available from CAD$100Purchase required to enroll

Monday & Wednesday @ 12:15-12:45 - Sweat Circuit - An workout that are geared towards individuals looking for a lunch time sweat! Classes will vary between circuit format, H.I.T.T and Tabata-style!

Tuesday & Thursdays @ 12:15pm-12:45pm - Strength & Sculpt -A circuit of exercises that are geared towards individuals looking to add some strength training and toning! This class will be a mixture of upper and lower body exercises. While this class is challenging in nature, it won't have that "aerobic intensity" component that my Monday and Wednesday class will have.



These classes will be located on the 3rd level by the staff entrance. Looking forward to these outdoor workouts in this area, as the previous outdoor location didn't necessarily provide any shade or shelter from the elements.
